Many Bridgerland Audubon Society members wanted to know what is going on at one of our favorite Cache Valley birding spots, Rendezvous Park.
The Logan River through Rendezvous Park has been the subject of major work in the last few months, and this work is expected to continue well through 2014. What are they doing, and why? How can we help birds adapt to these changes? How is the environment being considered in this work, or is it? Bring your questions to this BAS field trip, as Logan City Assistant Engineer Lance Houser guides us through the work the city is doing to repair damage from the 2011 flood.
Meet at Rendezvous Park (north side of Highway 89/91 at about 700W) at 9:00 AM this Saturday, March 29th. Please carpool if possible: the parking lot will fill quickly.
