Trip Report
11 participants including some visiting adult children of Summer Citizens. There wasn’t much interest in using the exercise equipment while there, but I did introduce the concept and we walked around the recently reopened Trapper Park. Highlights included seeing the Western Wood-Pewee on the nest and good looks at Gray Catbirds and male and female Black-headed Grosbeaks. We also got to see the Spotted Sandpipers courtship display. They seem to be enjoying the new large rocks channelizing that section of the river now.
