Join Bridgerland Audubon Society this summer to explore different ways to enjoy local birds:
Trip Report
Eleven attendees some of whom had attended last summer’s BAS trips. We practiced a 30 minute mindful bird sit to relax and engage our senses before traditional birding. Highlights were no biting insects, several Burrowing Owls, marmots, gopher snake, displaying Willets and Long-billed Curlews on a nest. 49 bird species.

Bring binoculars if you have them (some will be available to borrow if needed)
Meet at the 700 North Smith’s Marketplace parking lot (SW corner for carpooling) at 7 AM. Trips will
last about 2 hours not including drive times.
